General Manager, Bryan Colangelo, proclaimed it was the end of off-season trades and acquisitions after signing Will Solomon. This leaves the Raptors with a 13-man roster with  3 gaurds, 5 swingmen, and 5 bigs. Will Solomon averaged 17.9 points, 3.9 assists in 21 games with Fenerbahce.
